Children of all ages are invited to dress in their best Halloween costumes and trick or treat along downtown Boulder. Local merchants and restaurants will be proving treats as well as discounts. Features include Chip the Colorado University mascot as well as Sparky the Fire Dog from the Boulder Fire and Police departments. Halloween Day 2-5pm.

This annual festival features 20 minutes of holiday caroling at 5pm, followed by an appearance from Santa. He leads the crowd in counting down to the grand illumination of the Mall, the County Courthouse and the Star atop Flagstaff Mountain.
